this is literally gorgeous, I'm scrambling in my brain to figure out how the hell I could even BEGIN to make a scene like this! This is really great!!

Thanks dude!
I started by greyboxing the scene in blender, then basically just drew over that. I was having trouble with the colors at first, but using a bunch of color adjustment filters fixed it up.
