awesome colors!

oh hell yeah! these colors are awesome and I can't IMAGINE how long those patterns took to draw. I kinda' wish this piece was drawn with a more extreme angle of perspective, to emphasize Void Termina's gigantic size, but I still think this is great!

Giganide responds:

Thanks for your kind words and your criticism! I greatly appreciate it and will keep this in mind! Drawing dynamic poses and different perspectives is definitely something I need to work on.

Awesome lighting!

Love that big creepy pumpkin head!

Love the shapes! Her fluffy sleeves and big thick tail are really fun! I also love her head shape. Everything about her silhouette and colors are awesome, really nice design here!

VonGulli responds:

AHH thank you so much omg!! that means a lot, im always really inspired by the shapes you use in your art!

This is a very interesting picture here! I like the angle you went for with the background, I don't really see that approach done often.

The zubats everywhere really makes it feel like everything's floating; which is why the gengar and the mimikyu are kinda' jarring. I'd say they should probably probably be in the foreground, to make it feel more like they're breaking the fourth wall.

I also feel like the hex maniac doesn't quite stand out enough from the rest of the noise, also. You have the right idea by rendering her shading and lighting more than the pokemon (I especially like how the zubats have no outlines), but I feel like you could do a bit more with value and colors to make her pop. Maybe have the background be darker and more indigo-hued with less contrast, and then have Hex maniac be a brighter violet or purple.

Overall, I like this piece, and I'd like to see where you go next!

Woa thanks cubesone i will do my best !

Really awesome, simple color scheme that pops! I also love the light-source and the details around his eyes. If I could give any critiques, I guess it's that I feel like the folds around his pants on the leg that's down should be less focused around his knee, and more down lower, above the edge of Zoro's boot, because of gravity. Other than that, this is a nice little piece, good job!

Andobiki responds:

thank you! i appreciate the notes about the cloth folds, that's definitely something i'll keep in mind going forward

I really like your soft color choices, and this whole drawing bounces around in all the spots that it should! I've never seen someone draw this guy so fluffy. Really good job in this cute little drawing.

TheLittleMuffin responds:

Thanks! I love your artwork and have been following you on Twitter for a while. Thank you for the kind words, I appreciate it!

Very nice colors! Love the hue variations in her hair highlights.

Super lively and energetic! Love the silhouettes and lineweight! Honestly, your recent line weight has been inspiring me so much. Great job!
